Big Energy Shift

This has been an intense one! It feels like we are on the cusp of a whole new reality.

This commentary from Jennifer Tuffen sums up the energy of this summer solstice:

’The (summer in the Northern Hemisphere and winter in the Southern Hemisphere) solstice is happening on the 20/21 of June. The energy will shift and you can expect a powerful change. We received some pretty high energy as a preparation for the solstice, when the Schumann resonance blackout happened. It was a time of "darkness" when we looked at the chart/graph, but actually it was a time of great light. We were being prepared for this shift with unprecedented amounts of high frequency energy from the Central Sun entering our systems. We needed this shift to be able to go through the one the solstice will bring. We are guided to look back at the things that didn't work out the old way and create a new way to move forward. Do the opposite your ego wants you to do. The unexpected. To do this, you have to be open up to the new and not be afraid of your own darkness because there you will find all the answers you need. Go into the darkness with the feeling of hope, trust, excitement to see what is waiting for you there. Even though it’s going to be hard and unpleasant at first, go there, be there and find yourself inside your own darkness. Find more light, not more fear. Change the story of the ego. Change the matrix. Jump timelines. The process of ascension is not easy if we look from the perspective of the ego but now it’s time for us to change that perspective and allow the soul to guide us forward. Complete trust/hope, no fear of the unknown. I strongly feel this is the message of this solstice. This is the change it brings. A shift in our perspective. It is time for us to rise higher, easier and faster. Yes, this powerful change will probably cause a lot of discomfort for our bodies because of the high frequency energy coming in and the changes we are going to make to our beliefs and ways of doing things, because the body has a memory of the old ways stored within. The solstice brings big intense energy. There is a lot of excitement in the air. Like smth important is about to happen, but you don't know what it is and how it is going to happen, all you can do is to feel excitement about it. Are you ready to move forward?’
